Teamsite Service wont start

We have a teamsite service running on a windows 2003 server that wont start. It's set to start automatically but fails to stay running.

If someone could give me some ideas to try and look at I would be greatful.

We are running version 6.7.2 sp2.

Ive tried some basic things like rebooting and turning all the interwoven services on in a specific order but no luck.

Is there anything interesting in either iwserver.log or iwtrace.log?

Was the service running successfully before and now isn't, or is this a new install? Have you changed the hostname of the machine?

check which logs in iwhome/local/logs/iwui are recently updated

servletd_out.log is a good one to check

I opened the file:

\\rochsvr42\iw-home\local\logs\iwui\error.log

And the following is in there througout the log.

[warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `teamsite.interwoven.com' does NOT match server name!?

Ignore that one (for now) - that's not why the server isn't starting.
Look at IWHOME/local/logs/iwtrace.log, IWHOME/local/logs/iwserver.log, and IWHOME/local/logs/iwui/servletd_out.log for starters.

Currently im looking at:
\iw-home\local\logs\iwui\servletd_out.log

Seems normal until I start getting a bunch of this:
Unable connect to IWOV JNDI provider.

What do you see in the Event Viewer?

Spoon feeding us parts of the log will make this a very long process. Can you attach your log files, or at least the latest portions of your log files so that we can see the errors?

I found this in the trace. I think this may be it. Kind of embarrasing.
