Khateef

Hi All,

I am using configurable_author_submit workflow.

I am getting the below error when I am subbiting the workflow.

"Invalid Worlflow:
ERROR:00925:No such user
ERROR:Could not create workflow Author Submit
ERROR:Workflow owner "505" is not a valid user.
ERROR:00925:No such user"

Please help me in changing the workgflow owner to root

My guess is that the user who used to own the workarea (a.k.a. "areaowner") is no longer there, but used to have a UID of "505" - what you should probably do is run iwidmap to remap that user entry to "root" or anything else you'd like to - and then deactivate and reactive the store to make the iwidmap change take effect - at that point the workflow will probably work because the areaowner, who is also usually the owner of the submittask - should then be a "real" user again.

Alternatively - create a new workarea with a proper owner, copy all the modified files over from the old workarea (if desired) and then kick off the workflow from the new workarea (probably deleting the old workarea once you've verified things in the new one)
