workflow.removeFile(file) not working

Hi ,

I'm using a pre processor task which calls an java class. In that I'm removing some files using the method workflow.removeFile(file) in which the file is of type WFMFile.In the workflow I'm having an another user task where the user can add more files.In the task I can see that the files removed using the removeFile() also displayed. What might be the problem ?

You can post a portion of the code where the workflow.removefile(file) is written for analysis.

that looks right, are you sure this is executing as a preprocessor?
try adding some logic in there to "double" check, like do another workflow.getfiles() after your for loop is done.

I'm sure that this is executing as pre processor . I have tried double checking but the file was not removed.

So is this a bug ?

try removing all the files at once instead of on file at one time.

workFlow.removeFiles(attachedFiles);

use removeFiles.
