Vertical Scrollbar issue in Teamsite Standard Interface for Firefox.

This issue is in cgi task which is the start task. The functionality of the cgi is to print the status of the different stages of the workflow whether the opendeloy,datadeploy is complete, update cache is success etc. When the contents exceeds the window size limit there will be a vertical scrollbar for that. We are getting this scrollbar in IE,safari and most of the browsers. The problem is with Firefox and that too only in standard interface. We have used the below code in cgi stylesheet for firefox issue but still its not working in standard interface.

html { overflow: -moz-scrollbars-vertical; }
html { overflow-x: auto; }

Could someone come up with a solution for the above issue.

TS Version : 6.5.0 SP 1
FF Version : 3.0.2 to all latest
OS : Windows
