Can TS.LIC be reused for LSCS.lic?

I am trying to setup Targeting in TS 7.1 server, where I have the TS license already enabled for Targeting.

The TS.LIC file also show as below but if I try to rename TS.LIC to LSCS.lic and start the LiveSiteContent Authoring service it get error in lscs.log.

I don't think same license can be used. As per error, it is not validating license file. So, you have to get individual license for LSCS.

You can generate LSCS license for support site.

No it cannot, you need a valid LSCS.lic

Yes, you need to generate a LSCS.lic file from support site using the same hostname as defined for TeamSite.
