I have runt he iwfsshrink utility a number of times, and it finds duplicates, but it does not remove them.

A snippet of the output from iwfsshrink is ...

files found to be duplicates: 3058
Bytes removed 0.

is there something else I need to do to get these duplicates removed?

You are running this when the store is active and un-frozen - right?
Also - you are a TS Master - and/or 'Administrator' or 'root' user - right?

Ghoti, I am running iwfsshrink while the store is unfrozen: I tried to run it while frozen, but it would not run. Also, i am running the command as Admin on the windows host.

Hmm - well if you can easily repeat this, I suggest opening a case with Support.
