Error while logging into IWOV server

Hi,

I am getting error while logging into Interwoven server
"[NRTSession][Login] Logging in as "iwovuser": Could not connect to server on remote computer(ox80040067)"

How to enable remote option in iwov server? else is there any solution for this?
