We are developing PTs using XSLT. When everything was going fine, we encountered a strange error in our dev box all of a sudden. And in the Production unit, the same code is working fine without any issues. This strange behaviour made us check the network connectivity, code and other basic things but ended up in finding nothing. Below is the error i encounter:
1. Conflicting values for output property encoding
2. A variable with no following sibling instructions has no effect
3. Cannot find a matching 2-argument function named

http://xml.apache.org/xalan/java}com.sia.saa.cms.util.JSPLinkGenerator.generatePath()[Fatal Error]
-1: Premature end of file.
The first two errors i thought were basic xslt errors but the same code is working fine in the same box one day earlier and is still working fine in the production environment. I thought the files got corrupted and copied them from the working source, but with no luck.
And what i find strange is the third one.
Initially i thought it could be some network issue as we are referring to
http://xml.apache.org/xalan/java in the xslt for referring to Java methods. But when we pinged it out, it was working fine. So the option got ruled out.
The issue is seen with all the presentation templates.
Struck with this issue. Please help me come out of it. Thanks in advance. Help in any form is highly appreciated.
