Hi,
Teamsite7.2 comes with 2 new additional features: a Dependency Manager and a Globalized Content Manager.
Go through the 7.2 pdfs for more details.

Thanks.

To qualify those cryptic answers a bit...

In 7.0/7.1, the major change was the introduction of JBoss as the servlet container, to replace the old iwservletd (aka Tomcat). With this came a decentralization of the beastly "content_center" application into a number of "services" (individual webapp modules). In particular, there's a new IWOV Registry that's a kind of iffy database-reliant manager of installed products and versions, and the administration tab is now its own webapp ("Administration Console") with a bunch of new administrative and configuration features. The good bit (at least in theory, or the future direction) is that one service crapping out will not necessarily bring down the others. The bad, is that files are even more spread out than before and tracing problems is more complex than ever, not to mention the horrid installer for this new modular architecture.

In 7.2, the main new features are, as stated by santosh, the dependency manager and the localization/globalization manager. You can read up on those in the 7.2 ccpro user's guide. Nothing too exciting there, until they start building other features on top of it.

Notable change in LiveSite from 3.1 to 7.x is that the Runtime is now called "Display Services", and there's a new "Content Services" product to (in theory) streamline deployments and dynamic runtime retrieval of content (the idea being to replace a custom DataDeploy + custom DB schema + custom front-end DAO code). Targeting in LiveSite 7.x requires LSCS, but otherwise you can roll your own solution as before.

On top of that, there's other new functionality, more APIs in the CSSDK, and new bugs. You can read all about that in the published release notes for each version.
