Encoding issue in visual difference -TS 6.7.2 SP2

Dear All,

We have a static html page in UTF-8 format. This html contains Japanese characters.
While doing preview, the Japanese characters are rendering fine.
While doing visual difference(Visual) with previous version, the Japanese characters are rendering fine.

But ...While doing visual difference(source) with previous version, The Japanese characters are garbled(junk) .

Please provide your suggestions to resolve this.

Take a look at TS Administration Guide, one of the Appendixes, Paragraph "VisualPreview and file_encoding.cfg", it *may* help
