Workflow not able to run production deployment

HI,
I have configured the workflow to run an external task and run an open deploy production deployment. But the production deployment fails.

THE parameters are

URI : http://$IW_SERVER:$IW_PORT/iw-cc/urlexternaltask
The task variables are

ClassName: com.interwoven.livesite.spring.workflow.task.DelegatingUrlExternalTaskProxy
TargetNodes: Production
TaskBeanId: workflow.task.HeadlessDeploymentTask

All that I could find in the admin.log is that the user doesnt have the role

The user running the deployment is having role of workflow_user or workflow_Admin.

Are using WFM? what TS version you are using ?
Post more details about the issue.

If the user is able to invoke the job, then he has atleast role of workflow-user. The error message is saying a mismatch of the OD roles.
Please check the userid for the externaltask owner?

Balaji, we saw this on the dev server and had to add people to the OD roles as having permissions to run the deployments.

I assume this is for the LSCS deployment for PLC. LSDS does not have this issue.

You should check with support because a support case was filed but I was gone before it was resolved.
