Target for a custom menu item

Hi there,

I'm planning on adding a new custom menu item, exposed from the actions menu. In the link I can set a target naturally. I want the page which is displayed to appear in the content frame, as shown with an X in the attachment. Does anyone know the target frame I should use to ensure my content appears in this frame?

I think I've gotten it. target="fs_list" appears to be working just fine for me. Hope it helps someone else!
