Converting value different timezones

OK, Users are west coast based. Servers midwest.

Have a WF that kicks off a deployment in the future (time/date)

Of course they want to enter the time from their zone. Does not seem to be an unreasonable request.

Are there any PMs that might change a date/time from timezone 1 to timezone 2 ? Or do I do this manually ?

Add 2 if hours > 24 then -24 and add on to day, see if day rolls month over (don't forget leap year), see if month rolls year over.

Here's a list of CPAN modules that I manually downloaded on a W2K server to do something like this:

Note: I actually downloaded the files to my Mac where I could expand the packages and then collected all the various PMs into their intended structure and brought them back over to the PC. Fortunately, none of these modules required compilation.Hope that helps.Note - you'll have to figure out some way to determine their local timezone and do some other code-wrapping around the methods supplied in the modules - but it shouldn't be too difficult to do (the last part anyway)
