Customise Worksite web login page

Hi devnetters,

Is it possible to customise the worksite web login page to provide password management functionality? to give a good example the default page at interwoven's worksite support has these sorta links at the bottom of the login frame.

I am a bit new to customising the web components so even a pointer in the right direction would be appreciated.
