Copy a sub branch from Teamsite A to Teamsite B

How can we copy a complete sub branch from Teamite Server A to Teamsite server B from back end.

using cp command so that the DCRS , templatedata files, O/p files , all retain there attributes as below

e.g- DCR TYPE, Location.as below

Below are the O/P File attributes

TeamSite/Templating/Encoding:
TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDCR: objectives
TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryDocumentType: standard/content
TeamSite/Templating/PrimaryPT: content.tpl
