MQ Exception in Teamsite

I am getting the below MQ Exception in the "/usr/iw-home/ApplicationContainer/server/default/log/server.log".

Have you checked whether the MQ broker is running on the port 3035?
You can telnet to the port to check for any firewall and whether it is up. If it is up and connecting you may try recycling the JVM. It is just a guess, you can do this depending on whether this is production or not.
