teamsite.jar changes not reflecting

Hello,

we have customized the teamsite.jar file located at location
/Interwoven/TeamSite/httpd/webapps/content_center/WEB-INF/lib

We have deployed this jar file into prod environment and restarted teamsite.

But it seems that it is not reflecting.

Also, we restarted apache server.

This works perfectly fine in dev and stage environment.

TS 6.7.2 SP2
OS- Linux

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't able to understand why you have done changes into teamsite.jar, this is not a recommended way of customization. TeamSite provides customization location, that is iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src location. Here you can make changes and run make_toolkit to get effect.

In your way, TS server might be crushed. And you can not get it back.
If you have backup of teamsite.jar then put it at same location and run iwreset command.
