Is it possible to set "high importance" for email?

Yes - however, you have to figure out what directive to use by looking at the raw headers of such an email in your email reader (different programs - e.g. Outlook versus some other program) may use different header directives to indicate priority).

Once you figure out the directive - then you just have to include that directive in your header TPL.
