Not as such.
iwidmap allows you to map the ID of one user to that of another - but that's across the board - and my guess is that you're talking about changing "SYSTEM" to various other users - for which iwidmap won't help.

It would be nice if there were an iwchown or an ability to use iwattrib to set values - but I don't believe either of those exist as options.

Essentially you have to make sure that the process owner of the last process that modifies/touches the file - is owned by the user and not by SYSTEM.
