Command iw.ccpro.switch_U not found in the command descriptors

I have a new user that I set up he can not log onto TeamSite on his PC. When he attempts to log on he gets the error that is the title of this post.

He attempted to log onto TeamSite from another computer and got the same error. He gets this error both on a Windows 7 machine and an XP machine. He gets the error useing both IE and FireFox.

Now, interestingly enough, he tried to log onto TeamSite from my machine and he was able to do so. We then had him try (after logging off of my machine) to try again on his - same error again.

Any suggestions or thoughts on this one?

really strange. JVM does not matter for login.
