Dont delete

What setting can I make when deploying an edition, staging or workarea so that if my target has files or directories in addition to an older copy of the stuff i'm deploying, it doesn't not get deleted? But the stuff that i'm deploying does overwrite it's older associated file on the target.

Setting the transfer rule doDeletes="no" should do it. This is actually the default setting.
