Changing the database password

we have installed TS 7.1 . During the installation we have used two databases interwovendb and advanceReportcenterdb. During the installation we have provided the userid and password for the database access. However, due to some restrictions we have to change the database password now. Autonomy gave a set to steps to be followed for modifying the password.

The following command has been given for encrypting the password in the SitePublisher component.
[PHP]/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src/build "-Dpw="[/PHP]
What is the expected outcome of the above command? We expected that the password in the config file "/local/config/lib/content_center/livesite_customer_src/etc/conf/livesite_customer/database.properties" will get encrypted. However that was not the case.
