Hi,
We are having a custom menu and it is visible only for master role users and not visible for others. how to make them visible for other users?

Check the customization made for the menu item. I recall it is the ui_custom.xml file, please check the manuals for the correct filename if not this one. By default all the custom menu items are visible to all users unless restricted for some roles.

You probably assigned an operationID to it, which needs to map to a custom operation in userops_custom.xml. Then, you'll find that when you edit role definitions, you have an additional permission checkbox for your custom role which you need to apply to the roles you want to give access to.

What version of TS are you using?
Check out customer_src/etc/conf/customer/userops_custom.xml to learn how to make a custom menu item access configurable.
if you did things right and depending on what TS version you are using, you should be able to see this custom menu item under Role configurations where you can add an operation/action privilege to a role.

Hi All,
Thanks for your replies. We need to add operation id for corresponding role in roles.xml

you should work with roles.xml file directly. do it from user management UI in the Admin tab.
