EventSubsystem DB migration
System
I will be performing a fresh install of TeamSite 7.1, migrating from 6.7.2 SP2. Our EventSubsystem DB is running on a SQL server, which will also be upgraded to Win 2008 and SQL 2008.
What is needed to copy over the existing DB’s and ensures they work with the new fresh install of TeamSite 7.1?

You can't do it, and really shouldn't need to do it.
Why you can't
They changed the eventsubsystem from OpenJMS to ActiveMQ. You will provide the connection info when you do the install. When ActiveMQ starts (as part of JBoss) the first time, it will initialize its tables.
Why you don't need to
The eventsubsystem is only used for transient notifications (telling search to index an asset, DAS to deploy it to the DB, etc.). If your system is properly configured and quiescent (one would assume that you'll kick the users out prior to your upgrade and migration), your messages table should pretty quickly get down to 0 rows.
