I wasn't able to find this by searching -- could someone advise as to when support for TS 6.7.2 will be no longer?

I do not think that has been announced. I would not expect it for a year.

If you want an official response - contact Support.
If you want an educated guess... given that 7.2.1 is released, 6.7.2 is probably nearing the EOL and anything before 6.7.2 is either already EOL or very shortly will be.

That's what I figured but I didn't know whether an official statement to that effect had been communicated. In any case, I have an open ticket for something related and will just direct my question there.

I am pretty certain that 6.5 has EOL (or at least was announced). I remember a sales critter talking about it.

For what it is worth, we recently had a visit from our Autonomy "account manager". She said that Autonomy doesn't "do the end-of-life thing" anymore (my paraphrasing). I really am not sure what that means, but I think she was intimating that the Autonomy view of EOL is different to the IWOV view of EOL.

I just opened a support ticket asking this and was told the following:

Hi Craig,

The good news is Autonomy doesn't have an End of Life schedule on its products so there's no need to hurry into an upgrade if everything is working well. You have time to plan it out.

One thing I will say about the older versions though is there is limited Eng support should you need that. In other words, support will give you their best efforts to resolve an issue you may have, but Eng efforts are being spent on new features in current product versions.... so they won’t spend any cycles for new service packs, patches or compatibility reviews for older versions.

Isn't that the same everywhere? It's hard to support old legacy software for a long time. Just look at Microsoft. They're trying to end support for Windows XP.

Craig is right.
I got confirmation from Autonomy Interwoven about the new way of dealing with EOL.
It basically means the same, as there would not be any patches added to the older versions.
I asked this query on a different context. Our RHES 4.x needed to upgrade due to a security patch to be installed on Linux. As in the compatibility matrix, support team suggested to upgrade TeamSite to have the OS upgraded.
