http://xml.apache.org/xalan-j/ - According to this site - Xalan-Java version 2.7.1 implements XSL Transformations (XSLT) Version 1.0.

On our TeamSite 7.2 server the command

java -classpath ./xalan.jar org.apache.xalan.xslt.EnvironmentCheck

tells me we run Xalan 2.7.0
