How to delete references to a particular file in a project in LSCS?

A particular file in workarea has been deleted and I deploy using PLC wrkflow and goes fine without any errors.

but the reference i.e., he metadata still exists in the LScontentServices,

When i run rest query to get it metadata/document details, i am able to see those in the browser.


So is it possible to delete references to a particular file in a project in LSCS?
