Try reading that bit in the FormAPI doc. One of the parameters is a URL to your jsp/servlet. Assuming you figured out that part and the behaviour is not what you were expecting, note that callServer is a mechanism similar to an AJAX call, but loads the target URL in a hidden iFrame. As such, you won't be able to see any visible output, and your URL should instead modify the form with calls such as top.getScriptFrame().IWDatacapture.getItem('/blah').

in this wat will be url in callserver method and how to pass parameters to jsp
