Email Filing Folders

Is it possible to programmatically create an email filing folder association, so we can find an email inbox sub folder and automatically add a worksite folder link to this folder, then the email filing service can file the contents.

I know this is an old topic, but I am looking to do just this. If you were able to get this to work do you have any sample code I can use?
