I'm getting this error when I am trying to run iwregen on the directory NavSecondLevel.

Failed regenerating '/default/main/Intranet/wellmarkweb/WORKAREA/Intranet_refresh/docroot/NavSecondLevel//SiteMap.aspx': \default\main\Intranet\wellmarkweb\WORKAREA\Intranet_refresh\docroot\NavSecondLevel\\SiteMap.aspx: the source presentation template does not have a configured filename extension

There are 6 files in it and all of them give the same error. what is surprising is that when I go TeamSite and select these files and Hit "Regenerate", they get regenerated fine. Any ideas as to why this is happening?The name of the presentation template file is 'WithoutLeftNav.tpl'.
Any input is greatly appreciated.

I have found the issue. I had missed an error that I had made in templating .cfg.
