IWregen.exe error at Regenerating output file

Hi,

I am using 6.7.1 TS.
When i try to regenrate output(XML) file it show following error.

": the source presentation template does not have a configured filename extension"

CLT : C:\Documents and Settings\Prash>E:\teamsite\bin\iwregen.exe Y:/default/main/WORKAREA/Development/Backup/Prod.ear/web.war/WEB-INF/jsp/de_DE/admin/reset.xml

Extended attribute is also set for reset.xml (DCR and TPL)

Could you please suggest, what thing i am doing wrong?

Either you're missing some structure in one of those two files or you didn't bother to show it in your post - since there seems to be a lack of

category

elements in the above.

If the structure is really all there and the fact that you're using an entity, rather than inline code, is causing the extension not to be found by iwregen (does it work from the GUI?) then you may have a reasonable bug report to make to Support.

That's a known bug, TS-4927, see [post=119543]here[/post]. It has been fixed in TS 6.7.2

Thank you Boris and Adam.

With the help of both files (templating.cfg & Net.xml) IWRegen works fine in GUI, but when we run it in backend it fail to regenerate.
Now for mass regeneration i am using templating.cfg only.
