These are out of box and part of the Publish LiveSite Content workflow. Why not check the properties yourself in WFM client?

While the PLC workflow (with LiveSite) does attach dependencies (though what it takes to get it to work in a FormsPublisher environment is questionable), there is no OTB generate HTML step.

You need to write one.
