Report Center- specific branch

We have installed Team Site and we re getting the tab for Reports. When we click on reports, we get the different types of reports that can be generated. On the click of any one of them, a form opens for details like whether i want to run the report on all branches or a specific branch. But in the specific branch drop down, i am not getting the name of MY branch inspite of the branch being present with some files in it. Can anyone help me with this issue? Is there some kind of configuration tasks i have to perform?
