In my experience with RC, yes it will be affected if you delete those rows.The RC process reads the messages, parses the blobs, and then does appropriate inserts into the tables in the RC DB. So, if you delete the messages, RC will not have anything to process when you install it. However, that may not be a bad thing for you, if you want to call that day "day zero" and ignore anything that may have happened before.
Thanks for your answer!At the same time I heard these tables get cleaned up when subscribers such as search consumed them. For example, I have noticed that row count has gone down to 80,000 from two million. Does this mean it stores data somewhere else? or just cleared the rows?Thanks!
