cgi- callout giving the error page cnnot be displayed

Hi,

I am using cgi callout in my datacapture.cfg to display the calender by foll command:



when i click on Calender label it gives the error "Page cannot be displayed". Before that it forms the url as "http://server name/iw-cc/util/blank.html"

But when i hit following url , my calender displays properly :
http://server name/iw-bin/learn/calender.ipl

Please suggest, why the error is coming on clicking "Calender" label in the DCR and how can it be removed.

I recall something like this happening with early 6.x versions, though I think it was fixed by 6.7.2 (you don't mention what version of TS you are using).

My recommendation - for the quickest fix - create a blank.html file in the appropriate directory and see if that fixes it. Since it appears to be looking for it in /iw-cc/ - you'll have to create the file somewhere under IWHOME/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src/ and then run a make_toolkit.ipl to install it in the correct location.

Alternatively - contact Support and see what they say.
