Code to Save Excel workbook to FileSite 8.5 workspace

Hi

I'm using FileSite 8.5 & 8.2 and Excel 2003. I have an excel workbook that users can complete to claim back expenses.
I want to add a command button, to the workbook, which the users can click on and allow them to save the workbook to a filesite workspace folder.
Does anyone know the code I could attach to the command button to achieve this?
