Create / Add <Container> dynamically; and display image in capture form

i would like to know is there a way to create a and add in data capture form? As i couldn't find a js method to do such thing in FormAPI reference.

What i m trying to do is, i have a cgi-callout button in the form to execute an .ipl to select a list of data along with image path from database, and would like to list these data with checkbox and display the image within a

*i m using TeamSite 6.7.1*

The standard way to do this sort of things is by encapsulating your items into some sort of Data
Container, image, Path and all. Then you include that into an outer replicant Container. If desired,
you set default and min to zero so that the new Form has the Collection empty, etc. Note that all this
is done upfront in your "static" DCT definition.

Dynamically then your CGI can create new Data containers on the fly by calling IWItem.addInstance method
on outer Collection Container. Data items will be blanks or defaults, if any. Once created, you can populate
some (or all) new items automatically leaving the rest to your Contributors
