Upgrade Teamsite from 6.7.1 SP1 to 7.1.0

We tried upgrade the teamsite 6.7.1 SP1 to 7.1.0.
It looks fine during installation process, but at the end,
following error message has been shown.

Unable to Install/Start Interwoven Jboss Application Server
please click next to continue
====

After click next, install GUI is shut down.
For more detail information, please find attached installer log.

Your kind help is highly appreciated.

OS: Windows2003 SP2 Enterprise Edition 32bit

Your installer is certainly not happy

IOException Source 'D:\iwinstall\private\bin\JavaService.exe' does not exist

You should be talking to support

Is the iwinstall folder in place ?

If you had removed the iwinstall folder before then doing an upgrade will be quite difficult

Yes, iwinstall folder exists.

in my understanding, following file should be deployed during installation process.

\iwinstall\private\bin\JavaService.exe

I am also talking with support team but we are facing difficulties to fix.
