CSSDK to create "new page"

I once heard that the GUI for TeamSite uses the same routines available to us in CSSDK.

I can't find the CSSDK method(s) to create a new .page file. Any assistance would be appreciated. I'm assuming I'm missing some javaDoc.

You're not. The UITK has been extremely slow to catch up with SitePublisher, only introducing some customizations as recently as TS 7.1. The CSSDK still contains zero about anything LiveSite, and it's my hope that TS 7.3 might see some of that (since the new UI is SitePub-oriented). AFAIK, there is still no supported way of programatically creating a page/component/template file.
