install teamsite 7.2.1

We newly tried to install teamsite 7.2.1.
During the installation, following error message was shown,
and installation was not able to proceed further.

Can't find bundle for base name
com.interwoven.wcm.teamsite.install.resource.teamSiteInstall
DisplayStrings, locale en_US

Also, please find attached screenshot.

How can we fix this issue? your advice is highly appreciated.

OS: Windows 2003 SP2 Enterprise Edition

That almost implies that you've got the wrong version of a JAR file. Are you sure you're using the 7.2.1 installer EXE with the 7.2.1 IWPKG file?
