tinymce configuration doesnt work

I modified custom_config.js file to include the customization I need in my tinymce. Here is what I have.

IWTinyMCECustomConfig("customS", "toolbarRow", "formatselect,styleselect,|,iespell,|,bold,italic,|,hr,bullist,numlist,|,link,unlink,anchor,|,cut,copy,paste,pasteword,|,image,code");
IWTinyMCECustomConfig("customS", "toolbarRow", "undo, redo,|,sub,sup,|,indent,outdent,|,removeformat,visualaid,charmap,table,tablecontrols,|,search,help");

IWTinyMCECustomConfig("customS", "styles",
"imgfloatLeft=floatLeft;imgfloatRight=floatRight;imgBulletsLeft=imgBulletsLeft");

IWTinyMCECustomConfig("customS", "tableRowStyles",
"lineBottom=lineBottom;darkBg=darkBg;lightBg=lightBg");

but when I try to add customS in my textarea. the tinymce comes up just fine but I dno't see my changes. Is there an extra step I need to perform before my changes take affect?

What path is the custom_config.js file?
What version TeamSite (or SitePublisher / LiveSite)?

You showed snippets of code for the JS file - but you did not show how you referenced it within (presumably) the DCT - can you post that too? (remember to format it properly and double-check by doing a Preview before Submit)
