calling java servlet from DCT's entity

In my DCT I used the entity system to call java servlet to get the language preference from the browser

DCT:

<!ENTITY myServlet SYSTEM "http://localhost/iw-cc/myServlet">

<root-container name="content" location="content">
…
& myServlet;
….
</root-container>

I get this error message:
Couldn't parse DCT bytes into DOM [datacapture.dct_parse.error.msg ]:The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.

I am pretty sure is not Invalid Ampersands issue.

Any solution please?

Have you tried changing:

& myServlet;

to:

&myServlet;

(notice the lack of space between the '&' and the 'myServlet;')
The error message would seem to be pretty clear in that regard.
