Making branch Private: CLT

Is there any way to create a branch and make it's access private using any CLT? I tried using CLT iwmkbr but couldnt find any option to mark the branch 'private'(Restricted access).

I have checked the documentation but there is no mention of this Flag. I know it can be done using UI but i dont want to use this option as there are lots of branches and workareas to be created.

Any pointers?
