A line perl code for the substitution i.e. $value=~ s/ / /gi;

i need this code in a perl fucntion. And in the tpl i need to call this function.
could you please tell me how to implement the fucntion in presentation template?

Have you ever done perl coding before? It doesn't sound like it.
I suggest you pick up a copy of Programming Perl and read it - because what you're asking about is something that a beginner Perl developer should be able to accomplish in under a minute.

If you understand Perl but don't understand how to use Perl in a TPL - I suggest you look at the documentation for iw_perl that comes with TeamSite (either online within http://servername/iw/help/tst or via perldoc TeamSite:T::iw_perl)
