blank download screen

Greetings,

In MediaBin 4.6 a user is having an issue where, when they go to download an asset, the download screen appears, but it is totally blank (please refer to the image of the error in the attached zip file). Any ideas as to what the solution to this issue might be? They have disabled the pop-up blocker (even though the box itself pops up OK), cleared their cache and restarted the computer, but still no luck.

We've seen this on the Macintosh platform (and I think the PCs) when there are caching issues. Try flushing the browser's cache (and relaunch the browser), as well as the Java/JavaScript cache.

It is useful in these circumstances to check via the MediaBin Management Console application or the Windows Native Client to check the job log to see if the job actually ran. The expected answer in this case is "yes"but it will narrow down the problem.
