iCommand implementation causes outlook to show error message on exit.

I have developed a custom command on c#, that is COM visible.

The command itselt doesn't do much, it rather loads some managed .dlls that do the work.

The thing is, the command does work as expected, only that if present, outlook will show an error message when closing it (not errors during command execution, only when Outlook is closes).

this happens if simply the custom command is added to the registry, with no interaction from the user. Even if the user never even expand the filesite folder in outlook, the error message will still show.

There are no exceptions being thrown (in fact, no methods are executed or properties called since it happens even if filesite is not touched.

I don't even know what to look for, any ideas?
