Mediabin service not starting

Hi,

We have installed MediaBin 7.2.2 , the installation was completed successfully.When we try to run the Asset server from the services, we are getting the error "MediaBin service on local computer started and then stopped".

We were not able to find MBP.log also.The Log folder is not created after installation.

Please find the attached screen shot while starting the service.

Do you have logs of any kind in the MediaBin folder tree? Anything of use in the Windows Event Logs?

How about the install log usually found under the root of the MediaBin Server folder?

Without any log info I'll take a stab in the dark.

Is the Administrator account that it's running on have the correct password entered into the service?

Does that account have the correct permissions?

Is there a license file that needs to be installed (just guessing since I haven't run MediaBin for years)?
