TeamSite server crash

If TS server crashes, then what log file shall I check for the cause of server crash ? server.log will oly report when server shut down. Will trace.log will have all details or is there another log file which will have details of causes of server crash ?

I'd look at any and every log file that has a last modification timestamp of within two to five minutes of when the server crashed. iwtrace.log is certainly a good place to start but why limit yourself in terms of the amount of information you can gather?
