OD Service down

OD service getting down frequently in our Production CMS box.
What should be the root cause of this, other than below scenarios?

1. Maximum no of deployments
2. Maximum no of hanged deployments
3. Space/Memory issue(Log files has reached maximum size)
4. Server workload

No update in OD log for this issue

Environment details:
OpenDeploy 6.0.2 Base Server
Windows
License: Unlimited license

Thanks Nipper for the reply. We raised case in Interwoven waiting for their analysis and reply. You mean TS event log or Windows Event log?

Windows Event log also has no information on OD Service down

Hmm, is there any correlation about when it happens ? Check the receiver logs by chance there could be a clue.

is the od service dead in the services window? or still running but OD does not respond? are there any hung deployments? if still running what is the memory allocation of the service?

The OD service suddenly got down twice within month. But no information in the OD log and Windows Event log. No hanged Deployments are there once OD got down we checked in command prompt using OD CLT command. Its kind of weired issue.

No update on resolution or root cause of that from Interwoven as well.
