7.2.1 WFM issues

OK, maybe I missed some documentation.

Loaded the Configurable_Default_Submit model and am working on it, Linux server.

2 issues. 1st it appears that the whole odSubst_ variable functionality has changed. Now my OD config has $odSubst_targetArea^ to properly run.

Bigger issue is that no files are getting attached to my WF when I click submit. I took the default WF and did not change anything like that (that I can tell), only messing with the deploytask.

In the WFT days I could crack open the perl and fix that, how is this accomplished in WFM ?

OK, strange but I think I have a workaround. I noticed if i required metadata capture then it attached file. Nothing special about the metadata capture task, so I thought maybe the dummy task(to allow skipping MD capture) was the issue, so I got rid of both the dummy and the metadata capture and files are now attached to the WF when I submit.

How did you figure out that your substitution variables had to be named with the odSubst_ part? That is a silly (and obscure) change. Is it documented?

I was perusing the OD log and saw the variables how the variables made it to OD: odSubstr_targetNode instead of targetNode:

KEYVALUES=area=/iwmnt/default/main/Config/WORKAREA/Config
filelist=/tmp/deploytask-filelist-8653047669692578647.txt
odSubst_targetArea=/usr/Interwoven
odSubst_targetNode=MyLocalHost

Considering how much time I wasted on that, I was rather ****. Highly unlikely this is documented.
